Each of us comes to work with our own set of personal values and beliefs which influence how we react and respond to any given situation. We do have different priorities and objectives, as well as different styles to how we approach or react our work. Because of these differences, we sometimes experience conflict. Conflict is described as a struggle between people over a difference of opinion.
